Every time I've had a billing inquiry or needed information about payment frequency, your team has been incredibly kind and easy to talk to. My husband and I have been loyal customers for about 3-4 years now, ever since my sister and brother-in-law referred us to your services. We have been using this service for 4 years. We love this company, they have truly changed our yard into a bug free, enjoyable environment. Brandon B has been our primary technician over the years and he does a FANTASTIC job understanding our problem areas, taking care to be careful around veggie garden and checking to see if we have fish in our little pond. He's always pleasant and answers any questions we may have. The overall customer service experience from technicians to office personnel is above and beyond. I highly recommend this company if you love to enjoy your pool and outdoor space, it's a game changer! I always tell my husband it's the best service we never knew we needed! We live in Honeoye Falls, NY for reference. Oh, almost forgot, our dogs are happy campers- no fleas, no ticks!
